Are you a visionary leader in early-stage drug development with a passion for bringing innovative immunology therapies to life? We are seeking a Project Leader (Director level) to drive the strategic and operational development of a cutting-edge pipeline asset from candidate selection through early clinical development.
Your Role:
As the single point of accountability, you will provide matrix leadership across multiple disciplines to define and execute the overall asset strategy. This includes:
* Indication selection and sequencing
* Translational and biomarker strategy
* Regulatory and clinical development planning (IND/CTA, Phase 1a/b/2)
* Leadership of a hybrid, cross-functional team
* Financial and budget accountability
* Stakeholder management (KOLs, pharma partners, investors, internal teams)
* Supporting fundraising, M&A, and licensing discussions
You will have:
* Scientific (PhD or equivalent) and/or medical background (MD)
* Expertise in Immunology or related field
* Experience in clinical science, regulatory affairs, clinical pharmacology, or clinical operations
* Proven track record in delivering IND packages and early-phase clinical trials
* Strong regulatory interactions and knowledge of global regulatory processes
* Leadership experience in cross-functional teams in early development
* Fluent in scientific and strategic communication with diverse stakeholders

* Line management & resource planning
* Experience in alliances and partnerships
