Contract: Permanent.

Salary: £22,000 – £25,000 depending on experience.

The new Tiber Centre located off Tagus Street, Liverpool L8, was the idea of local young people with an ambition to ‘build world class facilities that raise aspirations; encourage and support young people to achieve their goals and get the best out of life’. This brand-new facility due to open early in 2025 will comprise a two storey, fully accessible building for focused youth activities with education and training rooms, indoor and outdoor event and performance spaces, football changing rooms and a basketball court, all located adjacent to Tiber’s 3G artificial turf pitch (which opened in September 2019).
The creation of this facility demonstrates the value of partnership between local community organisations Tiber, Tiber Enterprise and The Greenhouse Multi-Cultural Play and Arts Project and presents an exciting opportunity for unlocking the full potential of youth participation.
Job Summary
To work with our Temporary HR Manager to implement fit for purpose HR systems, policies and procedures and thereafter provide administrative support to Managers, maintaining accurate HR records and processes designed to improve employee welfare, support payroll, and provide data for monitoring and evaluation.
