Skilled Van Technician
We're looking for an Experienced Technician to join our busy Derby Service team.
Are you an experienced Automotive Technician or have you recently qualified and are looking for somewhere to start your career? Do you want to work for a prestigious company that prides itself on employee satisfaction? Do you want a Monday to Friday role where you finish at 5pm? If you answer yes to the above, continue reading as this role might just be for you.
Duties include:
1. Perform maintenance and repair on customer vehicles.
2. Identify problems with vehicles using diagnostic equipment.
3. Explain automotive repairs and issues and provide great customer service.
4. Plan repair procedures using manuals and experience.
5. Test the functionality of parts and systems.
6. Perform care and maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid level checks, and tire rotation.
7. Repair and replace brake pads, wheel bearings, sensors, and other parts.
8. Perform routine maintenance and general mechanic work on vehicles in a fast-paced environment.
9. Ability to use diagnostic equipment.
