About the Role Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the successful candidate will be a key member of an award-winning Human Resources team, acting as a trusted Advisor to Managers and employees. You will have the opportunity to work with talented colleagues across the business and be central to supporting the overall employee experience at the company. Responsibilities Day-to-day, heres what your new role would look like: Recruitment Manage the end-to-end recruitment processes for a multi-site organisation including supporting managers with proactively attracting and sourcing candidates, creating interviews questions, issuing appointment letters and contracts, processing new hire details on internal systems. Advisory Provide expert advice, coaching and guidance to managers and employees on all HR policies and procedures and employment legislation Provide a dedicated HR Advisory service on all Employee Relations issues, to include carrying out investigations, disciplinaries and grievances up to and including dismissal Support and coach managers in the management of short term and long-term absence, ensuring correct procedures are followed and appropriate action taken as required Talent Provide advice/guidance to managers and employees regarding L&D interventions to support the delivery of departmental and personal objectives Support managers with performance management conversations, helping to promote a culture of continuous learning Support the HR Business Partner in the implementation of our People strategy, to include; Organisational Effectiveness, Talent Management, Employee Engagement and Reward and Recognition Employee Experience Provide support throughout an employees lifecycle Manage onboarding for new employees and the delivery of monthly corporate and people manager inductions Support the employee experience through our onboarding process HR Projects Collaborate with the wider HR team in improving HR processes and employee experience Support HR projects including testing, process reviews, data checks and supportive system training for all People Managers Policy Implementation Update, maintain and roll out HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with relevant NI legislation Reward Carry out market intelligence/benchmarking to ensure employees are rewarded adequately and competitively Collaborate with our payroll team to ensure payroll information is processed and shared in a timely manner Learning and Development Support the companys performance management processes and Line Managers to address and maintain performance levels Facilitate inhouse training to managers and employees on policies and processes Reporting Complete data reporting and analysis including HR statistics on attrition, absence, headcount, recruitment etc. Maintain and update internal databases and complete monthly management reports Input to monthly management, Payroll and Board reports Process data changes for employees and liaise with payroll inline with Audit regulations About you Key Criteria What Youll Need Third level qualification in HR, Business or similar At least 3 years HR generalist experience in an advisory capacity across the entire employee life cycle Strong experience in dealing with employee relations matters Proven experience of working in a fast paced/dynamic organisation Strong knowledge and understanding of NI employment legislation Desirable Criteria - These help decide between those who meet all the above key criteria: CIPD Qualified or working towards CIPD qualification Experience of using Workday HCM Full driving license and access to a car If you are enthusiastic about this role but dont meet every single requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
