A key Finance role within AXA Health has become available to take ownership of strategic Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Performance Analysis. You’ll support AXA Health Executives to achieve financial results and manage stakeholder understanding of business performance, within the wider AXA UK and AXA Group. 3. Manage the delivery of the annual strategic financial planning process, ensuring aligned input from the Strategy, Pricing and Distribution teams.
4. Maintain the formal in-year forecasting process for half-year and full year, and relevant ad-hoc local out-turn analysis.
5. Drive dynamic Financial MI and analysis that gives insight on performance, using tools such as PowerBI to maximise efficiency and quality.
6. Lead a team within a wider Financial Management Team, ensuring clear objectives and performance management for direct reports.
7. Deputise for the Head of Financial Management and contribute to the wider leadership to ensure all financial processes are aligned and efficient end-to-end.
8. Ensure team outputs and key messages, including ad-hoc and formal deliverables, are clear, accurate, and tailored to the key stakeholder audience.
