Are you passionate about ensuring a safe and compliant workplace and services? We are seeking a proactive, organised and detail-oriented Assistant Health and Safety Advisor to join our team - someone to support the implementation and monitoring of Stonewater’s health and safety programme.
In this role you will
* Coordinate our DSE compliance programme.
* Support occupational health programmes relating to workplace injuries and personal risk assessments.
* Support the incident management programme including conduct initial investigations, collecting information and escalate complex cases.
* Coordinate risk assessments and compliance audits.
* Deliver workshops to support learning.
* Oversee the lone worker safety programme.
* Organise health and safety committees and their administration.
* Maintain documentation & information pages
* Assist with financial administration and support insurance claims.
* Accurately maintain health and safety data maintaining GDPR requirements.
The role contributes to the overall safety and wellbeing of colleagues, customers and contractors, ensuring Stonewater provides a safe and secure environment. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, you’ll provide first line advice and support to teams across the business and ensure timely communication of health and safety information.
