Responsibilities
* Lead consultancy projects, developing strategies and plans for rural land and property management
* Conduct research, compile evidence, and provide strategic advice on rural enterprise projects
* Oversee project delivery, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and producing high-quality reports
* Build and maintain client relationships, handle enquiries, and identify business development opportunities
* Play a key role in shaping rural planning solutions that balance development with sustainability
Minimum Requirements
* Chartered Town Planner status (MRTPI)
* Degree qualified in Town Planning or a related discipline
* Proven experience in private practice consultancy
* Strong background in rural planning, estates, and land development
* Excellent client-facing and business development skills
* A strategic approach to planning with strong problem-solving abilities
