Job Title: Part-Time Payroll Clerk Location: Wolverhampton Salary: FTE up to £27k Top of the range will be offered to a candidate with experience in end-to-end payroll. We are currently recruiting for a valued client of ours in Kidderminster. We are specifically looking for a candidate with previous working experience of end-to-end Payroll in order to hit the ground running in the position In this role, you will work alongside the HR Manager to completed 4 payrolls totalling at circa 150 staff. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Payroller that is looking for the flexibility of Part-Time work. 16-20 hours a week, this would ideally be across 5 days and would perfectly accommodate the school run however the business can be flexible to suit your needs Responsibilities Will Include: Completing 2 monthly Payrolls and 2 weekly Payrolls end-to-end and being a point of contact for any pay related queries Onboarding new starters, ensuring all compliance is met Calculating and administering any adjustments for over-time, pay changes, etc. Manage pension submissions and employee expenses Ideally, You Will: Have plenty of working experience in end-to-end payroll in order to hit the ground running in the role Have working knowledge of Sage 50 Payroll, as this is the system that will be used Be a friendly individual, the team is long-standing and they are looking for someone to fit in and stay for the long run Must have brilliant communication skills, both written and verbal, as you will be the point of contact for all pay related queries Benefits: Enjoy the flexibility of part-time work that can accommodate your needs Be welcomed into a warm and friendly team where there is very low staff turnover Be trusted to manage your own workload and make the Payroll processes your own Benefit from an easy to access location with free, on-site parking What Now?
