Location: London
Salary / Rate of pay: Up to £55,000 per annum

Events & Reservations Sales Office Manager responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daily operations of the Events & Reservations Sales Office, providing leadership, guidance, and motivation to your team.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for events and reservations.
3. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
4. Coordinate all aspects of event planning from initial contact through to execution, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
5. Manage reservations processes, optimising occupancy rates while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
6. Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Catering, and Operations to ensure cohesive service delivery.
Desired qualifications & skills:
1. A strategic outlook with the ability to see commercial opportunity when presented
2. Experience managing an Events and Reservations team using Opera and Delphi
3. Reservations and Meeting & Events Sales experience
4. Strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing skills
