You will also work closely with the Care Home Manager and staff team to provide the highest level of person-centred care. This role requires excellent clinical skills and a passion for improving the lives of our residents. The Role To support the care, protection, and wellbeing, of all residents, by treating them with respect and dignity, assisting with their protection and promoting their independence. Provide quality, evidence-based nursing care to residents. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, as well as administering medications and assisting with NHS and GP visits. Support care home staff, help with mealtimes, and act as Shift Leader when needed. Maintaining accurate nursing records, liaising with medical and non-medical staff, conducting physiological assessments, and providing palliative care support to residents and their families. Manage nursing equipment, conduct training, and ensure compliance with health and safety policies. Continuous professional development and adherence to the Parklands Quality Management System (Q.M.S) are essential, along with attending mandatory training and performing nursing audits. This is a permanent role, working full-time, on a rotational basis that includes weekends.
