We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Fulfilment Manager to join our team This is your chance to shine as you guide a small team to ensure seamless stock control, order fulfilment and inventory management. You'll play a pivotal role in optimising processes and ensuring our products are always available, all while supporting the company's growth Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of 4, fostering a professional and productive atmosphere. Oversee stock control from ordering to goods inwards, order picking, assembly and despatch operations. Ensure that all operations comply with company health and safety policies. Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient working environment, maximising productivity and ease of access. Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent both overstock and out-of-stock situations. Implement innovative strategies to enhance inventory management. Review and refine policies and procedures to streamline daily operations. Collaborate with senior managers to support the company's growth plans and enhance overall efficiencies. Work closely with other departments, including customer service, marketing, and logistics, ensuring smooth operations and product availability. Support operations during product launches, promotions, and peak times, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Requirements: Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to inspire and motivate your team. Proficient in stock control and inventory management. Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel and supply chain software. Excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
