Integration Co-ordinator
Salary: £27,500
Location: Rochdale
This is a 12 month FTC role based in the office and includes visits to our community partners.
Our Integration Coordinators are key in engaging with stakeholders to champion integration in each Local Authority borough. You will collaborate with your Local Authority, JobCentre Plus (JCP), and voluntary/3rd sector services to aid participant progression towards work.
Daily Responsibilities:
* Be involved in client contact through Engagement Events to promote our “Working Well Work and Health Programme” and focus groups.
* Liaise regularly with JCP Work Coaches and other referral agents (External Local Signposting Organisations) to ensure accuracy of referrals.
* Facilitate welcome sessions for new participants, as agreed with JCP.
* Provide feedback to JCP colleagues to demonstrate “good news stories” of progression and/or outcomes.
As an Integration Co-ordinator, you will need:
* Excellent relationship management skills and a strong ability to deliver communications through face-to-face and remote delivery.
* A strong understanding of the employment services/welfare to work.
* Experience working in a performance target-driven environment.
