Duties
* Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing new business to placement
* Actively manage client accounts, ensuring you’re their go-to recruitment partner, while also supporting the candidate journey through compliance and engagement
* Win, build and manage relationships with clients using a variety of tools and attending client meetings
* Sourcing, interviewing, and placing permanent candidates
* Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates
* Arranging interviews between candidates and clients ensuring both parties are kept well informed throughout the process
* Negotiating offers and managing expectations throughout the hiring process
* Implement business strategies, attend networking events, and contribute to the business growth
Experience
* Proven experience in IT or Sales recruitment is highly desirable.
* 18 months+ experience working within a recruitment agency managing end to end recruitment, with a proven record of winning, building and retaining high-value accounts and delivering exceptional results in specialist or professional sectors
* Demonstrable business development skills, including a proactive and strategic approach to client acquisition and relationship management both face to face and remote
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, coupled with a consultative mindset that aligns with both client and candidate priorities
* A strong commitment to delivering outstanding experiences for clients and candidates, while fostering long-term partnerships.
