Role Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Residential Lister/Valuer with sales negotiation skills to join our Biggleswade team. As our company continues to grow, we recognise the importance of having skilled professionals who can effectively secure profitable agreements and foster long-term relationships with clients. In addition, there is scope within this role to occupy a position equivalent to assistant manager.
You will be joining a dedicated team of 5 sales negotiators who work closely and collaboratively to drive our sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client engagement
2. Arranging and conducting viewings
3. Generating and negotiating offers
4. Applicant management
5. Securing new business
6. Providing market appraisals on residential property
7. Listing new properties to sell
8. Generation of sales particulars and associated administration
9. Sales chasing
10. General office administration
11. Marketing properties
12. Instruction management
13. Promotion of all Satchells services
Experience required:
1. At least 2 years’ experience in selling residential property or a proven track record in a similar industry.
2. Experience in valuing and listing residential property.
3. A comprehensive understanding of the selling process of residential property.
4. Commercial knowledge of estate agency.
5. Experience of working in a team-oriented environment.

Working structure:
1. Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm (1 hour lunch unpaid).
2. One Saturday in three 9am to 5pm (1 hour lunch unpaid).
3. Minimum of One bank holiday per annum, with day off in lieu.
Pay:
Subject to yours and the team’s performance we envisage a gross pay for the year to be in the region of £35,000 to £38,000 plus per annum plus Bonus.
