Are you someone who thrives in the Insurance Industry? We’re on the hunt for a talented Insurance Commercial Account Handler who uses their knowledge and experience of the Insurance Industry to build strong, trusted, and profitable client and customer relationships.
Commercial Account Handler Responsibilities
This role will be made for you if you love fostering relationships and offering a comprehensive service to clients to find the right Insurance products to fit their needs.
* Support the Account Executives with every aspect of managing the client account including renewals, seeking terms and inviting renewals/re-broking as required.
* Be the first point of contact for clients, dealing with day to day queries.
* Control your own diary system, ensuring all items are followed up by the due dates, particularly in relation to outstanding documentation from clients or insurers, premium payments and continuation cover.
* Check thoroughly all client documentation before dispatch, ensuring queries are raised and amendments completed.
Commercial Account Handler Requirements
* It’s essential that you have insurance experience gained in a broking environment.
* Strong and effective organisational / time management skills.
* Experienced user of IT systems and Microsoft packages including work, excel, PowerPoint and outlook.
