Customer Relationship Management Executive
Location: West London | Start Date: Beginning of April (Flexible) | Contract Length: 1 Year (FTC)
Job Summary:
Are you a CRM expert with a passion for creating impactful, data-driven campaigns? We are seeking a CRM Manager to join our team on a 1-year fixed-term contract. Lead the development and execution of high-profile email and push marketing campaigns for a luxury fashion brand, collaborating with internal teams and optimizing performance to enhance customer engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to shape CRM strategies and work with cutting-edge tools in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Campaign Management: Lead the development and execution of trade email and push marketing campaigns, from content setup and audience segmentation to campaign creation and deployment.
* Proofing & Quality Control: Ensure all campaigns align with the brief and adhere to best practices, including thorough proofing and content validation before deployment.
* Graphic Asset Management: Handle PSD/Figma files for campaign edits, including text changes, translations, and image cropping.
* A/B Testing & Optimization: Collaborate with the CRM Content team and the Special Projects CRM Developer to set up A/B tests and integrate new features, continuously optimizing for performance and engagement.
* Template & Creative Support: Work alongside the CRM Campaign Lead to ensure email templates meet brand guidelines and industry best practices while contributing creative ideas for continuous improvement.
* Best Practices & Troubleshooting: Monitor adherence to email best practices, troubleshoot issues, and optimize deliverability to ensure high-quality execution of all campaigns.
* Competitor & Market Insights: Track competitor CRM and loyalty activities, stay informed of industry trends, and identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in our campaigns.
* Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze CRM campaign performance and collaborate with the CRM Content team to refine and optimize future campaigns.
* Team Support: Provide ongoing support to the wider CRM and Loyalty team, assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
* Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal teams across the YNAP Group, ensuring seamless collaboration on all campaigns.
Skills & Experience:
* Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar CRM role, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.
* Technical Skills: Basic HTML experience with the ability to make enhancements to email templates. Proficient in Photoshop and Figma for managing graphic assets and campaign editing. Experience with CSS and its application in campaign execution.
* CRM & Segmentation: Strong understanding of email and push channels, audience segmentation, and personalization strategies to enhance campaign performance.
* CRM Platform Knowledge: Experience with Klaviyo or Braze CRM platforms (certification preferred).
* Tools & Workflow Management: Familiarity with Trello or other equivalent workstack management tools.
* Organizational Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet tight deadlines with a high level of attention to detail.
* Team Player: Self-motivated and enjoys working collaboratively within a team.
