This is what you will be doing:
* Leading and developing the Commercial Litigation department, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
* Managing a caseload of Debt Recovery and Insolvency matters from inception to resolution.
* Driving business development initiatives to expand the firm's market presence and client base.
* Mentoring and developing a team of solicitors, trainees, and support staff to achieve their full potential.
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal standards while optimising departmental performance.
