Job Title: Security Incident and Investigation Manager

What you’ll be doing:
* Evaluate and manage security incidents and investigations across Shared Services and key supply chain partners, preventing damage, loss, or compromise of assets in Physical, Personnel, and Cyber security domains.
* Ensure investigations are conducted in full compliance with Group Security standards and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain and update the Incident Risk Management toolset, ensuring that risks, control weaknesses, and mitigation actions are identified, documented, and effectively managed through to resolution.
* Collaborate with the Enterprise Information Technology Cyber Security team on incidents, enterprise-wide events, and improvements to incident management processes.
* Work closely with the security team to develop and deliver corrective security training and awareness initiatives.
* Conduct thorough investigations in line with company policies and UK regulations, with support from key functions such as HR, Legal, and Ethics.
* Provide expert security advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholders, based on intelligence and analysis, and make recommendations to enhance security solutions for the business.
Your skills and experiences:
* Formal qualification in investigations (PIP accreditation).
* Proven experience in investigation and incident management, with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage and respond to security incidents.
* Specialist knowledge in at least one area preferred, such as Major Crime, Serious and Organised Crime (SOC), Cyber Crime, or public protection interviewing and investigations.
* Ability to provide clear and strategic security advice and recommendations to stakeholders, based on thorough incident analysis.
* Experience in multi-domain (Physical and Cyber) incident management is highly desirable.
