We are seeking an Innovative, Communicative, and Driven Brand Growth Specialist to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the perception of Thomas Connect in the market. From refining our brand narrative to driving thought leadership, you’ll be at the forefront of positioning Thomas as a leader in team connection and collaboration solutions. This role offers the opportunity to combine creativity, strategy, and data-driven decision-making to make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities
* Continually review the market and competitive landscape to identify trends and understand how Thomas Connect can enhance team connection, collaboration, and productivity.
* Develop and refine the Thomas Connect narrative, ensuring it resonates with target audiences.
* Establish and execute a strategic growth plan to maximise brand awareness and drive early engagement with future buyers.
* Build relationships with analysts, influencers, and customers to validate the increasing demand for Thomas Connect solutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to create thought-leading content, including academic papers, videos, and podcasts, positioning Thomas as an innovator in the future of work.
* Organise and manage participation in speaking events, trade shows, and customer workshops to foster market engagement and gather feedback.
* Leverage AI tools to create distinctive, engaging content formats and amplify reach through social media.
* Measure and report on brand performance, using data insights to refine strategies and prioritise high-impact activities.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a brand growth or market development role, ideally within a SaaS or similar environment.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and execute long-term brand strategies.
* Strong storytelling and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
* Familiarity with leveraging AI and marketing automation tools to drive efficiency and creativity.
* Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This allows us to gain insights into candidates, reduces bias, enables us to be crystal clear about the role and the type of candidate we’re looking for and improves the effectiveness of our interviews.
