Job Title: Area Manager Social Housing
Location: Lincoln
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 + Company Car & Fuel Card / or Car Allowance
Client Overview:
Our client, a leading provider in the social housing sector, specialises in repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment services. They are currently seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee social housing contracts in Lincoln .
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Oversee a team of multi-skilled tradesmen, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of service.
Contract Delivery: Assist with successful the delivery of social housing contracts, ensuring all works are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all projects meet Health and Safety standards, implementing safety procedures, and conducting regular site audits.
Performance Monitoring: Track team performance, resolve any issues, and ensure work meets client expectations.
Client Liaison: Maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective communication.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to management regarding project progress, issues, and performance.
