A University of Oxford college is looking for a HR Administrator to support their HR team with essential administrative tasks. Key Duties: Data entry and maintaining accurate HR records. Ordering University cards, bus passes, fobs, and keys for staff and students. Booking rooms for meetings and events. Taking meeting notes and assisting with general HR administrative tasks. Providing basic support to the HR team as required. Selection Criteria: Previous experience in an administrative role. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks. Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
