We currently have fantastic opportunities for Support Workers to join our team at two of our registered complex care services in Pickering, Isabella Court & Grayling. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering specialised care services to individuals with complex health needs, ensuring that all needs are met with the highest level of quality and compassion.
Isabella Court is a lovely 8-bed residential support service close to the centre of Pickering. We provide 24-hour support to 8 individuals with profound and multiple learning disabilities and complex health and mobility issues.
Market Court is a 1-bed homely complex support service located in the heart of Pickering. We provide 24-hour support to a lady diagnosed with a learning disability, epilepsy, and a spinal injury.
