M&E Coordinator
Salary: £25,000 - £40,000 + package

I am looking for an M&E Coordinator to be based in Liverpool working with a Main Contractor on various projects between £1m-£20m+.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Managing Mechanical & Electrical elements of live projects and tenders.
2. Managing the design process, with a focus on build ability and efficiency, to ensure the optimum solution is arrived at.
3. Liaising with tender and project teams to ensure design is developed in line with expectations.
4. Ensuring a programme is prepared and agreed with each designer, consultant, and subcontractor responsible for M&E works.
5. Ensuring M&E design, installation, and commissioning programmes are incorporated into the main programme.
6. Meeting with designers and subcontractors on a regular basis to ensure the design, installation, and commissioning works are developing as planned.
7. Monitoring progress of the design and works and updating the programme as necessary.
8. Ensuring the design and works are managed in accordance with the relevant quality procedures.
9. Designing minor work elements to satisfy project-specific requirements.
10. Liaising with clients, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and third parties as appropriate.
11. Providing M&E technical input and advice as required for live projects and tenders.
12. Coordinating any temporary M&E services required.
13. Providing M&E construction methodology input and incorporating it into the programme where required.
14. Managing the flow of information from the M&E design team and subcontractors and advising the project team of any impact on progress and programme.
15. Providing necessary information to the Procurement Department to enable the procurement of materials and subcontractors.
16. Providing input to handover documents.
17. Introducing improvements and innovations where appropriate.
18. Liaising with the Commercial and Project Management teams on commercial aspects relevant to the role as required.
Salary: £25,000 – £40,000 (dependent on experience) + car allowance, private healthcare, pension, and other benefits.
