WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
As our paid media specialist, your main responsibility will be to devise innovative strategies across our portfolio of paid client accounts, applying your creativity from conceptualisation, design, and copy straight through to targeting and optimisation. The role will include paid search; however, we require paid social and programmatic skills as some of our clients may need assistance on an ad hoc basis. We like to be fully equipped for this! Day to day, you will liaise with our account managers and clients to track progress and any important changes on requirements. You will need to be data-driven, using performance metrics and ad performance to back your strategies.

YOU WILL NEED...
1. 2+ years' experience in paid search and paid social within a specialist environment
2. Australian agency experience
3. LOCAL market knowledge
4. Previous experience in creating strategy across a variety of different industries
5. Previous experience in creating strategy across various campaign types, lead gen, etc.
6. A strong understanding of social media ad platforms and the Google Suite
7. The desire to work in a fast-paced environment
8. Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
