The role involves acting as the central communication point between customers and internal departments, ensuring smooth project execution and field service support. What will you do - Maintain relationships with existing customer base and develop new relationships as the business grows and develops into emerging markets. - Understand customer requirements for all on-going projects and lead delivery in accordance with expectations. - Professional communication between the customer and Howden, ensuring response and action is provided in a timely fashion. - Report to Management on Sales and Margin performance, highlighting opportunities and risks associated with all periodic targets. - Support our customer base on repair activity, warranty claims and complaints. - Work closely with the New Build value streams to maintain awareness of and help to coordinate upcoming field service requirements. - Project execution and on-time delivery of assigned spares business responsibilities. - Focal point for Engineering activities associated with commissioning and spare parts (SPIR) enquiries. - Contribute to the development of procedures and policies required to support and grow the business What do you bring An ideal candidate would have the following profile: - Degree qualified or time-served engineer - High level of computer literacy, good knowledge of MS Office applications. - Exceptional written and verbal communicator, with experience in a customer service role. - Previous experience within a role that requires strong customer focus. - Working knowledge of rotating equipment It would also be beneficial if you had the following: - International experience - Experience managing work activities on a customer site - Knowledge of MS AX/ D365 - Experience working in relevant markets (oil and gas services, refrigeration, etc.) - Technical and commercial experience managing high value projects We've put together some criteria that we think is important for this role, but don't worry if your experience and expertise isn't an exact match.
