What will you be doing?
• You will be preparing site valuation and work progress reports,
• Supporting the preparation of project payment applications,
• Verifying sub-contractor claims,
• Monitoring project budget, cash flow and accurate forecasting,
• You will be liaising with contractors, site teams and suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
Where will you be doing it?
• Our client is a leading system integrator who were founded over 100 years ago. You will be working on a project in Somerset.
• They offer full turn-key solutions from design and project management through to electrical, mechanical and technology.
What you'll need:
• Degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying,
• Commercial focus,
• NEC & FIDIC contract experience,
• Experience working on large projects,
• Be able to pass BPSS vetting,
• Heading towards chartership.
