Business and Partnerships Development Manager – UK

My client, an international automotive brand and the leader in their field have recently created a new job opportunity for a Business and Partnerships Development Manager .
This is a fantastic Business and Partnerships Development role created to continue the commercial success of the company and expand partnerships across the UK. Key Purpose
To manage and develop existing B2B client relationships, and to identify new B2B client and business opportunities. To generate revenue, improve profitability and support business growth.
Candidate Profile and Attributes:
1. Proven success in achieving targets, and managing/maximising B2B client relationships
2. Experienced in multi-cultural/franchise/retail organisations
3. PC literate, including Microsoft Office
4. Commercially aware and a strategic thinker
5. Resilient, tenacious and driven to seek new business and exceed targets
6. Customer focused
7. Excellent communicator with an ability to influence, negotiate and persuade at all levels
8. Willingness and able to travel across the UK
Key Responsibilities include:
9. Researching, identifying and developing strategies for new business opportunities, including new markets/industries, growth areas, trends, customers, and partnerships
10. Owning Client Relationship Management by acting as the main point of contact for new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners are built and maintained
11. Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
12. Supporting Regional Mangers in identifying and developing local business opportunities
13. Developing and rolling out Operator sales building process
14. Conducting market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends
15. Undertaking competitive analysis with Regional Mangers
16. Providing insights and recommendations to the executive team based on market research
17. Working closely with the marketing and product development teams to align business development strategies with company goals
18. Coordinating with Regional Managers to ensure successful delivery of products and services
19. Preparing regular reports and presentations on business development activities, progress, and results
