We are looking for a reliable and motivated SEND Administrator to join our dedicated team and provide essential administrative support to our Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) department. This role is crucial in ensuring that we continue to offer a smooth and efficient service to our students, staff, parents, and external agencies. Key Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support to the SENCO and SEND team.
• Schedule and coordinate annual reviews for students with special educational needs.
• Collate, manage, and distribute EHCP paperwork (Education, Health, and Care Plans).
• Book meetings and liaise with parents, external agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping systems.
