Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent
Salary: up £24,000 per annum

Hours: Full time Mon - Fri 37.5 hours a week
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading company based in Tunbridge Wells. They are an award-winning, independent business, seeking a Customer Services Administrator to join their busy team.
This is a full-time maternity cover role for 6 months with scope to be extended or potentially made permanent.
Responsibilities include:
* Processing orders and invoices
* Coordinating the dispatch of orders
* Handling customer queries via phone and email
* Processing sales data and general data entry
* Supporting the sales team
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a positive and proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
