Position: Youth Worker - Learning Support Assistant
Location: Braintree, Essex
Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday)

Salary: £83 - £100 per day
About the Role
The school is situated in Braintree and supports boys and girls aged 5-11 years old, who have a range of needs associated with SEN. This is a small school that offers a restorative, therapeutic approach to education and behaviour management.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be working in classes of 4-6 pupils with a staff-to-student ratio of 1:1. The school has recently been graded 'good' in key categories such as leadership, management, and behaviour.
Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection. The successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks, including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
