Job Description
Duties
1. Working as part of a busy team on a regular rota, on early bake shifts and afternoon prep shifts.
2. Making croissant and yeasted doughs, cakes and pastries.
3. Laminating croissant and puff pastry.
4. Maintaining a clean and tidy environment in the bakery and your workstation, in line with health and safety requirements.
5. Decorating cakes and pastries to a high standard.
6. Shaping breads, pastries, and other baked goods.
