CUSTOMER SERVICE / ADMINISTRATOR - GERMAN & ENGLISH SPEAKING
TEMPORARY UP TO 12 MONTHS - £13 HOUR DOE + HOLIDAY PAY - CHEADLE - STARTS SEPTEMBER
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service / Administrator to join a well-established company based near Cheadle.
Duties include:
* Gaining a full understanding on products and customer service by attending meetings and relevant courses.
* Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
* Responding and engaging with inbound client queries.
* Liaising with current clients to up sell new products and develop new business opportunities.
* Keeping record of conversations with customers.
* Monitoring customer experiences.
* Executing planned sales activities and develop a target list of potential customers.
* Continuously improve renewal processes.
The successful candidate must be fluent in German, have worked in a similar role previously and be a confident communicator with the ability to work to targets.
