You'll manage complex cases, assess risk and plan intervention in a timely manner and, always, making sure that the children's voices are heard and recorded consistently. We'll also expect you to contribute to the team - helping us develop and improve standards and quality, helping us to achieve the best possible outcomes for our children and their families. You will be expected to coach less experienced colleagues and deputise for the team manager when necessary.
