What you’ll achieve: The Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include supporting two executives, CTO and CSO by managing calendars, making travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, etc. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills, impeccable judgement, and be able to act with little guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing quality and timely support to executive members. Essential Duties Manage Executives’ calendars in its entirety, including scheduling all meetings and appointments. Coordinate meetings both internally and externally, across multiple time zones Ensure Executives are prepped for meetings Autonomously track and follow up on action items and deliverables from meetings. Draft, proofread, and send communications on behalf of Executives Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Make travel and lodging arrangements as required, coordinates expense reimbursements Maintain accurate schedule of activities of the leader/executive supported, including complex meeting coordination and may include travel arrangements Independently prepare presentations and reports Maintain productive and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders Communicate with outside customers and vendors as required Coordinate special projects and department activities Desired Qualifications and Profile Education: Bachelor’s degree. Relevant Job Experience: At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C level executives in a fast -paced, organization. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. Systematic: A proven, systematic approach and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional project management, organisational and time management skills. Effective Two-Way Communication: Strong listening skills complemented by strong written and verbal communication skills.
