trentbarton has one of the youngest, modern fleet of buses in the country. You will play a key role supporting our engineers who maintain our vehicles to the highest standards to help us exceed our customer’s expectations.
Duties
1. Data input
2. Filing
3. Payroll data
4. Booking MOT appointments
5. Dealing with telephone queries and associated clerical duties
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in an engineering role or relevant field of study.
2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting is advantageous.
4. Familiarity with data entry processes and administrative duties within an office environment.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail in all documentation.
6. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
7. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement.
8. Knowledge of Microsoft Office would be advantageous.
Job Details
This position will initially be for 6 months and extended based on a review. It is based on 20 hours per week, which can be worked as flexi-time. The rate of pay will be the national living wage.
