Job Role
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Customer Support Manager to lead a dedicated Contract team and strengthen our customer partnerships. This role involves building lasting relationships, ensuring seamless service delivery, and identifying new opportunities for account development. You will be instrumental in helping our clients achieve peak performance by improving their equipment’s reliability and operational uptime.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead and support Contract and Technical teams to exceed customer expectations and meet deadlines.
* Develop strong client relationships through regular communication, ensuring satisfaction and uncovering future business opportunities.
* Manage customer contracts, ensuring compliance, and proposing technical and commercial improvements to optimize service offerings.
* Analyze current and future client needs to provide solutions aligned with their operational goals and market demands.
* Drive monthly targets for order intake, sales, gross profit (GP), and service delivery, ensuring success across key metrics.
Candidate Requirements
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage clients and internal teams.
* Strong technical expertise in rotating machinery, with a focus on delivering tailored engineering solutions.
* A commercial mindset, with the ability to spot growth opportunities and improve service offerings.
* Proven leadership in a customer-focused role, providing strategic direction to both Technical and Commercial teams.
