We are currently looking for a Part-Time Payroll Administration Assistant to join our team and support the main payroll function across the group. The Role As a Part-Time Payroll Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our payroll operations. Working closely with our payroll team, you will assist in processing payroll for our employees across the group, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities Assist with preparation and processing of payroll for all employees. Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data. Support payroll team in resolving payroll discrepancies and issues. Assist in preparation of payroll reports and documentation. Ensure compliance with company polices and relevant payroll legislation. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data security. Provide general administrative support to the payroll team as needed. Qualifications and Skills Previous experience in payroll administration or a similar role is preferred. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, iTrent and PeopleHR. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information. Working Hours Part -Time position, working 25 hours over 5 days per week.
