Experienced Teachers of Creative Arts and those with experience leading Creative Arts departments will have the scope to lead the department. To be successful, you will need excellent organizational skills and passion to plan and mark Creative Arts lessons across key stages 3 to 5. Additionally, you will require Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) for this role.
