This exciting opportunity involves managing and coordinating project documentation across their Norwich site and Cambridge office. Travel between locations will be required, with all associated expenses fully covered. Key Responsibilities: Organize, manage, and maintain project documentation, ensuring accurate control and versioning. Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and efficient distribution of documents. Implement and maintain document control systems and processes. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments to manage documentation needs. Support the team by ensuring compliance with project and company standards. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably in the mechanical or electrical contracting sectors. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage workload efficiently across multiple locations.
