• Support service users in achieving their goals through familiarity with their individual Care/Recovery Plans.
Essential Skills and Experience:
• Transferable life/work experience relevant to this role.
• Strong listening, empathy, understanding, kindness, patience, and a willingness to learn.

• Taking time for you: You are entitled to holiday pay in accordance with the Working Time Regulations.
• Planning for the future: We have a contributory pension scheme. You are automatically enrolled into our pension when you meet the earnings threshold.
• £300 when you introduce a Friend: receive up to £300 when you introduce a friend or family member.
