The EPR and Applications support team are excited to offer a great opportunity for a technically adept team leader to join a growing team supporting digital systems across the Trust. Initially joining the project team for a new inpatient noting system, you will be leading on transitioning this system into operational use before joining the team as a Lead Support Technician. You will manage between 2 - 6 staff members and be accountable for the day to day running of digital systems under your remit.
You will be an expert at delivering high levels of customer service, with an ability to motivate and support a team of support technicians, whilst also understanding what makes an IT system tick.

This role is responsible for leading nd supporting an operational support team ensuring operational effectiveness of the Trust's digital systems.
This job is a full time, Monday-Friday post. We offer flexibility of shifts between 8am - 6pm. We must have sufficient cover to support the Trust so this will be agreed between the successful candidate and the team leadership.
This post is offered as a hybrid post; There is a minimum of 1-2 days on site to support junior colleagues and to visit clinical spaces when required. There is space to work completely on site if that is preferred.
