Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Wilmslow for a Senior Bike Mechanic, Fitter, and Site Manager at Vires Velo. The role involves overseeing bike repairs, fitting services, and managing the on-site operations of the showroom and bike fitting studio. Qualifications/Experience Bicycle Repair and Bike Repair skills Experience working with premium bikes and electronic groupsets Strong communication skills Ability to manage site operations efficiently on your own initiative - offering ideas for improvement Experience in bike fitting and customisation preferred but not essential Knowledge of bike components and maintenance Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Formal training or certification in bike mechanics is beneficial - experience is however essential Good IT Skills and experience with a CRM an advantage A team player Salary and benefits dependent on experience.
