The Role:
An exciting opportunity for an Aftersales Manager at our Aston Martin store in Sevenoaks. Reporting to the Head of Business, you will lead a team and be responsible for the dealership’s performance.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead, manage, and motivate the automotive team, ensuring adequate resourcing.
2. Drive a high-performance culture, rewarding performance, and managing underperformance.
3. Oversee service, parts, stock control, and assets.
4. Set financial and growth objectives, planning to meet profit and product targets.
5. Report on dealership performance in line with group frameworks.
6. Develop and implement marketing strategies to support dealership objectives.
7. Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
8. Ensure compliance with company, manufacturer, and regulatory requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
We are seeking experienced Aftersales Managers or those currently in an automotive aftersales management role. Attributes include:
