About your team The GPS Platform Policy and Product Governance Team is responsible for the specification and oversight of Fidelity’s workplace pension products. Also, for Fidelity’s engagement with Government, regulators, industry and the media on the development of pension and savings policy. The team then supports the interpretation and business impact of new regulations. About your role The role holder will be responsible for the oversight of workplace pension products, monitoring the outcomes achieved by our customers and driving value add insight into how our products are used and opportunities for product development. The role holder will manage the specification of the features of the products. In addition, the role holder will support the delivery of product developments, working directly with business stakeholders to deliver value to our clients and customers. This will involve managing relationships with key stakeholders and maintaining and developing a deep understanding of our products and the market. Key responsibilities include Undertaking value for money and target market assessments, collating and analysing data and MI to evidence outcomes achieved by members and to confirm adherence to our target market Periodically reviewing data and MI to identify any developing issues or foreseeable customer harms Presenting the output of product assessment to senior audiences and committees Ensuring the products meet with all current and proposed regulatory requirements, supporting the development of changes to ensure ongoing compliance Ensuring products are developed and maintained in line with treating customers fairly, conflicts of interest and other relevant policies Being responsible for collating detailed product MI and associated commentary Ensuring that product specifications and internal product materials are kept up-to-date Reviewing key product literature to ensure accurate description of product features and regulatory requirements Maintaining and developing your technical knowledge of pensions and retirement to ensure you stay abreast of our ever changing environment About you You will have gained experience of product management and governance in the workplace or retail platform savings market. Key Skills Detailed knowledge of the pension, savings and retirement market Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and proven project discipline Have a passion for ensuring our customers achieve good outcomes and an interest in using data, MI and analytics to discover and evidence the value our products and services provide (using Power BI and Tableau) Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills and an ability to adapt to have impact across all levels and functional disciplines within a business Experience in change projects Flexible and adaptable, responds rapidly to changing agendas.
