A well-established local contractor is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee a healthcare project involving both refurbishment works and a new build extension. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations on a live hospital project Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and client teams Ensure health and safety standards are maintained at all times Deliver the project on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality Report progress regularly to senior management and attend site meetings Requirements: Proven experience managing similar healthcare or complex construction projects is beneficial but not essential Strong knowledge of both refurbishment and new build processes Valid SMSTS & CSCS What’s on Offer: Salary of £50,000 per annum Permanent position with a respected local contractor Opportunity to contribute to a key community-focused development Long-term career growth and support Immediate start-will wait for the right candidate
