We are now recruiting for an Administration Supervisor to support and supervise the IVECO Logistics team with delivering a variety of administration tasks acting as a main point of contact on-site for our customer. As our Administration Supervisor you will be responsible for: Supporting the Iveco Logistics Department and be the reference for any tasks pertaining to the action and supply of Iveco vehicles Related to Iveco Preowned, cover all stages to Buyback administration (Pre-Return), Stock intake (Vehicles Returns Management, stock acceptance, storage, stock monitoring), Stock Outflow (stock exit management); Ensuring the status of vehicles is updated on the official government website Purchase Order Management KPI evaluation and reporting. Communicate with customers through regular emails and phone calls, with prompt and professional responses to queries Ordering any missing documents on the official website and systems Checking the coherence of the inspection reports; review with the Expert when needed and make the inspection reports available to the partner and customer via the tool requested by the partner Invoicing and seeing collection and deliveries to completion Retrieve and manage reports exported from different ICT tools and system Managing and ensuring GDPR is adhered to Being a point of escalation internally and externally Miscellaneous Administration All of the above, include part of the job requirements but are not limited to. Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications The ideal candidate should be flexible, and results driven, with the understanding that all tasks should be completed to the end point of each process. Demonstrable experience as Supervisory or Management or alternatively have a technical experience Demonstrate experience in Process Management from start to finish Ability to provide excellent customer service both over the telephone or face to face PC literate and experience in using various computer-based systems Great attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data An excellent working knowledge of Excel and ability to manipulate data Able to organise and prioritise, working to tight time schedules Reliable with good time keeping skills.
