We are recruiting for a full time Support Worker for our Supported Living Service in Great Sutton, Ellesmere Port. We support adults with learning disabilities in our supported living properties. Single Work Location at a Supported Living service in Great Sutton 36 hours per week and 1 sleep (on average based on a 12wk rolling rota) Working 2-3 days per week with every other weekend off Full training provided Driver required (To drive client Motability vehicle) £24,868 per year (based on £12.00 per hour plus sleep in allowance) You will work as part of a team with lots of support and training from both your colleagues and managers to develop a rewarding and fulfilling career helping young adults to live happy and meaningful lives. You will not be allocated extra shifts if you do not want them You will have access to lots of support from great managers and opportunity to complete an NVQ Progression opportunities do become available and are open to all existing employees prior to external recruitment. You will generally work in the same house on each shift. There is generally no travelling between services once you start work, and you will build strong and meaningful relationships with the people you support and your colleagues. The majority of the people we support have their own Motability Vehicles so for those of you who drive there is normally no need to use your own car.
