About the role:
We operate in a unique, challenging and complex operating environment. The provision of high-quality data, intelligence and evaluation, effectively interpreted and communicated to key stakeholders is essential to support us in the continuous improvement of our service.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated Partnership & Performance Officer into the Brigade’s Risk and Performance Unit. You will play a key role within the team in delivering exceptional reports relating to the benefits and impact of our partnership working arrangements.
The successful candidate will be solely responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of our Brigade’s Partnership Framework, ensuring we have up to date information about our Partnerships with other organisations. You will be required to quality assure information, critically evaluate data relating to partnership performance and identify good practice and areas for improvement alongside the Head of Risk and Performance.
Required skills/experience:
Our ideal candidate is passionate about collaboration and evaluation to support the delivery of our service and understands the importance of data that is robust and reliable in order to inform front line and strategic decision making.
You will be highly literate and numerate, with an eye for detail, exceptional analytical and IT skills and the technical ability to work with a variety of large datasets. You must be able to develop innovative solutions to complex issues and requests and effectively present the resulting outcomes in a range of differing formats. You must be resilient and be able to prioritise and manage competing priorities and workloads to the required standard whilst also supporting others to meet the demands of the unit in the delivery of work in accordance with stringent deadlines. You will need excellent communication skills and be capable of building good working relationships with colleagues, service managers and other stakeholders. A positive and flexible approach to working independently and as part of a small team is essential.
The successful candidate must undergo a standard DBS check.
