Job summary The Strategic Partnerships and Integration Lead will play a pivotal role in fostering and expanding relationships with key stakeholders, including NHS trusts, Integrated Care Systems (ICSs), Local Authorities, and technology partners. This role will also be critical in driving the integration of our digital solutions with existing healthcare systems and ensuring seamless interoperability to support our clients' goals. The successful candidate will act as a strategic interface between Provide Digital and its partners, identifying opportunities for collaboration, developing strategic roadmaps, and ensuring the effective delivery of integrated solutions. Main duties of the job Strategic Partnerships Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders across NHS organisations, Local Authorities, and other partners Represent Provide Digital at industry events, conferences, and forums to raise the company's profile and build connections Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored value propositions for potential partners Integration and Interoperability Lead the development and implementation of integration strategies for Provide Digital's solutions with existing healthcare and local authority systems, such as NHS Spine, EPR systems, and social care platforms Provide expert guidance on regulatory and compliance requirements for integrations within healthcare and public sector environments Act as the primary point of contact for resolving complex integration challenges Project Management and Delivery Oversee the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines Monitor project outcomes to ensure quality and consistency, reporting progress to the leadership team Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of goals and deliverables Business Development and Insights Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify market trends and emerging opportunities Provide insights into stakeholder needs and feedback to inform product development and innovation Contribute to the preparation of proposals and bids for new business opportunities About us Provide Digital is owned by Provide CIC, a Community Interest Company (social enterprise).
