THE BUSINESS
Westray Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced, hard-working enthusiastic administrator to work alongside the Managing Director in all aspects of the day to day running of the business. Within the role there will be opportunities to expand your skills and knowledge of the trade and potential for further progression.
THE ROLE
· Ensuring that incoming/outgoing mail/telephone calls are dealt with speedily and effectively. A good telephone and customer service skills are essential.
· Maintain an efficient filing system, both paper and electronic.
· Ensure that all customers are actively promoted to use the full range of the company’s products and services and that all customers are dealt with in a courteous, speedy and effective manner.
· Updating customer records via our internal database.
· Securely managing customer documentation.
· Maintaining excellent customer service levels.
THE PERSON
· Proven experience in an office administrative role is essential.
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
· Proficiency in using CRM systems and software applications, including Microsoft packages (Excel/Word Etc), Sage, MS Outlook.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
